The Opportunity

As a member of Adobe’s Global Center of Excellence (GCoE) team, the GCoE Consultant is a technical role that involves developing accelerators to be used by the delivery consulting team and used in the sales cycle as differentiators in the marketplace. In this role, you work with partners based out of North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific to prioritize and develop innovative solutions to accelerate the delivery team’s ability to provide tangible value to Adobe’s Experience Cloud customers.

Both a technical understanding of the Adobe Campaign solution and the underlying business objectives of digital marketing will be important to be effective. Individuals need to be able to balance between deep technical acumen and the application of technical knowledge to create new and exciting solutions with tangible business impact in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll Do

  • Innovate: Drawing on experience and collaboration with key internal partners, the ideal candidate will be a key part of developing repeatable solutions. These solutions will be utilized by consultants to achieve time efficiencies and increase the quality of customer engagements.
  • Collaborate: As part of a centralized team, the GCoE consultant will work with different roles across multiple parts of the company including sales, delivery, product and engineering, and others. The ability to bring diverse groups together and coordinate efforts across multiple workstreams in different regions will be vital for succeeding.
  • Communicate: Utilize a variety of communication channels to ensure alignment and disseminate progress to various areas of the organization. Clearly articulate pertinent materials at the appropriate level based on the given audience.
  • Driven: There are aspects of this role that require self-sufficiency and autonomy. The candidate will drive and own initiatives with minimal oversight and without needing someone to be constantly directing the actions they should be undertaking.

What you need to succeed

  • 5-to-8 years of experience in Adobe Campaign or an equivalent technology delivering measurable success with an organization’s marketing program. Special consideration for consulting or consulting sales experience.
  • Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
  • Programming experience (JavaScript/Java/VB/C#/ PHP)
  • Knowledge of Web technologies like HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages
  • Creativity in problem-solving with an ability to look at challenges from new perspectives to arrive at innovative outcomes.
