1. Role Overview
IT Service Management (ITSM) pre-sales Solution Architect, a self-driven individual who would be responsible for supporting sales team with ITSM/SIAM opportunities while working on ITSM specific solutions, proposals, effort sizing, pricing, presentations etc. in-line with Hexaware’s ITSM offerings, capabilities, processes etc.
2. Job Description:
a. Work on ITSM pre-sales opportunities for ITSM Functional Consulting, ITSM Service Design, ITSM Automation, ITSM Operations and SIAM using frameworks like ITIL® and tools like ServiceNow® etc.
b. Design & build end-to-end solution, proposal, sizing, pricing, presentations etc.
c. Work on various pre-sales stages like RFI, RFP, BAFO along with helping at capability presentations, solution defense etc.
d. Understand customer requirements from pre-sales perspective thoroughly; prepare questionnaire to get more details if needed, work out detailed functional & technical response, proposal, solution; effort sizing of resources; pricing; scope of work etc. as per finalized customer requirements
e. Travel to international or domestic customer locations as per business requirements
f. Detailed handover of all pre-sales details for a specific customer to implementation/steady-state team for project implementation
g. Work as Functional & Technical Consultant during entire sales/contract cycle
3. Desired Skills:
a. Understanding of ITIL® framework and ITSM tools like ServiceNow®, BMC Remedy etc.

4. Essential Requirements:
a. Minimum IT experience required is 8 – 10 years out of which at least 5 – 7 years in pre-sales for IT Service Management
b. Operational experience or delivery experience using ITIL® framework or SM tools like ServiceNow®, Cherwell® etc. would be preferred
c. At least ITIL® Foundation certified
d. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language
e. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, including business writing skills
f. Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
g. Ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives
h. Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization
i. Organizational and time management skills
