What are we looking for?
We are looking for a full-time Application Developer to join our team in our Bangalore, India office. You will work with our developers, designers and clients across the globe to support their visions for their products and services.
The Application Developer will be responsible for the server side of our web applications. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As an Application Developer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs.
We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and pays attention to detail. Most importantly, we seek a team player with the ability to accomplish results as a team leader and as an individual contributor managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Day to day responsibilities

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
Write clean code to develop functional web applications
Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
Gather and address technical and design requirements
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Follow emerging technologies
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Ideal qualifications
2+ years as an Application Developer on web applications
Education: Degree or certification in software development
Communication: Fluent writing and speaking in English
Detail-oriented with a critical eye and good organizational skills
Knowledge of programming languages preferably Node/TypeScript
Preferred skills & technologies
A strong background on web based eCommerce applications
Good documentation skills
Excellent understanding of API (Rest, GraphQL)
Understanding of Object Oriented Programming
Understanding of the backend server
Good understanding of GIT
Should understand the basics of SQL DB
Good experience on Node-JS/Ruby/GO
Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze information appropriately and find best solutions taking a balanced view to reach logical conclusions and make relevant decisions
Organizational skills to establish efficient and appropriate plans for self and others and adapt quickly and effectively to unexpected changes whilst still ensuring objectives are met
