We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Training Manager
Key Accountabilities/ Job Description Project Deliverables:
Be the subject matter expert in accounting and through understanding of one of the following AP, AR, GA .
Be able to understand knowledge/learning gaps of the associates during production and cull out the themes
Should have experience of working in F&A operations, transitions, training role
Ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders (customers, associates, operational leaders) to do business and gap analysis, report defects and implement process improvement plan
Understand training requirements for a new business and translate them into a training curriculum
Build accounting competency/technical know-how in the process
Should have the ability to use knowledge capture, retention, and transfer tool
Be able to create knowledge/training manuals and share with teams
Fluent in SOP management
Ability to take stand up training sessions basis TNI on soft skills, domain
