Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Insurance- Liberty Mutual (Intake and Routing)

Effectively handle a team of individuals, ensuring meeting all SLA s for LM. Maintaining good communication with team and client.
Formulating strategy, improving performance of the team.
Planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling the team
Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives
Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems.
Assist with/perform other team tasks as required.
Accurately maintain and record data for production
Understand and apply LM s Core Competencies.
Interact with Onshore /Offshore and customer in a respectful and professional manner via email and on calls if required

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications/skills
Any graduate (except technical, BE and LLB)
Good People Handling Skills
Should have an experience of handling directly/indirectly a team of min 20 people
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess strong motivational skills to effectively motivate the team
Should be able to embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy
Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
BPO or Captive work experience (UK or US insurance market)
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Ability to facilitate and own resolution of discrepancies and disputes of team
Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints
Ability to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies
Ability to successfully interact in a challenging and high-risk collection environment with demanding internal and external customers

Preferred qualifications/skills
Excellent command and Excel tools from day-to-day operations delivery standpoint
Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and presentation skills
P&C insurance, healthcare Insurance (US and UK Market)
Relevant BPO work experience with team handling
