About the team:

Non-Large Control Tower is the central team that makes sure the supply chain runs 24/7 without

any hiccups. It’s a small but high talented & very effective team. The candidate will be leading

the Control Tower for Myntra Supply Chain (part of Ekart Non-Large Network) and is expected

to handle the following:

● Build a resilient and reliable network – work with cross functional teams, including SCM Ops,

Design, Quality, Product, Engg and Finance.


● Thrive on data and leverage it to do RCAs and identify structural solves for chronic issues

● Run the governance process for the Non-Large (Myntra) Supply Chain, lead daily/weekly

huddles, daily breach analysis and reporting and own the key Customer metrics for Supply


● Ensure Readiness for all the assets under Supply Chain for Festive and Peak season sales

What you’ll do:

The candidate would be expected to independently lead Control Tower Charter for Myntra, as

part of Ekart Control Tower and key responsibilities would cover the following:

● Asset/Function Reliability – Drive reliability for assigned assets in terms of minimizing

promise breach and extent of breach for customer order deliveries

● Customer Experience – Own and lead the Customer experience for Supply Chain and

act like an inhouse representative of the end customer.

● Returns / Losses – Drive to minimize return pendency to achieve high Seller NPS and

minimize losses on account of various leakages in Supply chain.

● New Constructs – Co-pilot operations/design to drive reliable design and roll-outs of new

constructs in assigned asset/function.

● Festival / Peak management – Proactively solve for potential risk areas and co-pilot

readiness for peak volumes during festivals

● Problem Solving – Identify opportunities to improve efficiency/productivity across assets

through working closely with Operations/design teams

projects/stakeholders concurrently

 People management best practices to lead a highly talented team of flipsters

 About 10-14 years of relevant experience and a Tier I Graduate/Post Graduate
