Job Description a. Handling Traditional Trade Channel (BOSCH Authorized Dealers)to achieve Sales KPIs. b. Network Expansion by Appointment of new dealers in the market. c. Conducting Sales Activities togenerate demand & Placement of Product in primary and secondary channel. d. Strong Customer Relationship Management Skills. e.Responsible forpaymentcollection & receivablescontrol. f.Promoting new products and increase Market share. g.Very Good Knowledgeof market,Power Toolsor allied products. h.Strong written & verbal communication skills Qualifications B.E (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, relevant field degree) +MBA (preferred) or MBA (Sales & Marketing) 5- 8 years of experience. Language Skills in Punjabi, Hindi Preferred. Preferredknowledge on digitalization & analytics Additional Information a. Experience in Traditional Trade channel Sales – Minimum 5-8years. b. Working Experience in Power tools,Allied products,Industrial consumables or similar industry. c. Working Knowledge in using IT systems (Sales CRM) d. Negotiation skills, PR skills,interest in travelling.
