This is a newly created position, dedicated to delivering compliance and best practices on the digital aspects of the benefits plans. It will be fully responsible for understanding the plans, the IT used by the vendors and the Visa requirements to fully manage the cycle of benefits onboarding, management and offboarding.

What we expect of you day to day

The role is to establish a global center of excellence for the Technology requirements applicable to all benefit websites and Apps. The successful candidate will work alongside both the Benefit business owners the IT policy owners and the vendors to determine & document how plans operate, level of information stored by the vendor, vendor security protocols, retention policies & IT viabilities. Where appropriate the successful candidate should make recommendations to the IT division on changes to policy and the level and appropriateness of their controls to Benefit applications.

  • The role provides wide variety of vendors and multiple jurisdictions, the candidate will be expected to understand the benefit being offered to employees and to develop a structured plan to onboard & maintain all benefit plans to be fully compliant with IT compliance requirements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the vendors to understand the Visa requirements and to document their responses and maintain the database of responses / complete attestations as required.
  • Provide quarterly updates to International & Global Benefit teams on status & any potential changes within the IT compliance landscape / emerging issues with vendors
  • Participate in benefits RFPs / RFIs with the purpose of assessing vendors IT requirements against Visa standards
  • Document and educate the broader team around the requirements and internal process and help with queries from the Business owners.


What we’re looking for…

  • Typically requires 5+ years of post-graduate experience
  • Minimum University degree.
  • A track record in managing complex, cross-regional projects, and delivering measurable results
  • Superior problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual, analytical rigor, and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, natural collaborator, with strong presence. Must be disciplined and comfortable with multiple deliverables at the same time across the Reward function.
  • Pro-active and effective communicator, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Experienced at presenting information to all levels, with ability to facilitate group discussions and debate and proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across geographic and functional lines and levels
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of IT systems
