Job Description About the Role:
Cyient is working on Power Plants. In this regard, we are looking for a experienced Product Technical Designer with relevant experience on designing of overall plant layouts for Pulverized coal/FBC/CFBC boilers in Thermal Power plants You Will:
You and us develop plot plans, Equipment layouts, system and sub system layouts of boiler packages and related upstream and downstream systems
You and us coordination with other disciplines such as Projects, Electrical, Civil, and Instrumentation
Visualize and develop 3D models, 2D drawings with specialization in any one of the below areas Pressure parts including boiler subsystems such as
Boiler and boiler internal systems
Combustion and Air systems
Water and steam systems including steam/condensate/make up water
Flue systems
You and us develop detailed design of equipments, piping, tubing and structural steel, platforms
Prepare erection, installation and fabrication drawings and the related documentation
Preparation of bill of materials prepare the shop welding/field welding details drawings
Develop work flows, detailed procedures and checklists and implement
Train other team members on boilers, systems and sub systems
Improvements including automation of the design and detailing activities
. Experience in detailed design of coal pulverizers and boiler burners is an added advantage. Youll Need:
Experience in different types of boilers, Boiler packages especially coal fired such as PC, FBC, CFBC
Experience in Green field and brown field plants
Experience in international codes, standards, rules and certifications
Have atleast 4 years of experience working on Boiler packages.
You will report to the technical lead of the project.
Required experience – 10 to 12 years
