Job Description Definition of sourcing strategy for ‘Go-To-Source’ requirements of Bosch Car Service partners in terms of areas of support like parts, equipment & services Market scouting, negotiations, final evaluation of partners for specific requirements as per sourcing strategy Enable onboarding of the strategic partner through legal & commercial arrangements, introduction to the network through special conferences, events, communications Continuously nurture the relationship with partners to strengthen the mutual value offering to the Bosch Car Service network through engagements, reviews, new product introductions, etc. Executing implementation of the tie-ups in Bosch Car Service network by closely working with area managers of Bosch, collecting feedback from BCS partners, implement improvements. Own the top-line targets out of strategic-alliances with the partner to continuously improve the collaboration opportunities through performance reviews, improvement initiatives Continuously collect market intelligence to improve the value offering to the Bosch Car Service partners from strategic partner on prices, product ranges, service level agreements, support conditions, etc. Definition of ‘Go-To-Market’ revenue strategy for Bosch Car Service partners to constantly improve footfalls from B2B customers Represents the Bosch Car Service network to B2B customers like fleet operators, aggregators, insurance providers, corporates who own large fleet to drive business of Bosch Car Service network Uses solution selling concept to understand pain points and acquires new B2B customers through contracts including price discussions, service level agreements and legal agreements with all concerned parties Key Account Management of large accounts on a ‘farmer approach’ to improve value offering from Bosch Group & Bosch Car Service concept including cross-selling initiatives Executing implementation of the tie-ups in Bosch Car Service network by closely working with SWS Area managers, collecting feedback from BCS partners, implement improvements.
