Corporate Bank Central MEA COO : The corporate Bank Central team comprises of the Business management, Divisonal control office, KYC, Mercury & other central functions. The scope of the Business Management activities will typically be diverse and may include strategic business planning, financial control and reporting tasks, control function liaison, headcount management and compensation matters, IT and Ops service management and enhancement, co-ordination of business case approval and project sponsorship. CB in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey markets have had high growth over the years. Operations, AFC, Compliance, CB Central, Finance & group audits Help drive regional strategic initiatives and projects Supporting local product heads, with risk, infrastructure and general local business management problems, connecting/negotiating cross-product ad-hoc issues and monitoring. Various local administration and cost approvals, communicating and enforcing global policies and controls.
