The Opportunity The Adobe Sign Consultant is the primary resource for the sales teams for Adobe Document Cloud/Adobe Sign and will work in conjunction with the sales team as the key advisor. Sign Consultant will collaborate with our sales, pre-sales and CSAM teams to deliver Sign implementation service leading to better adoption and expansion of the Adobe Sign footprint at Customer’s organization. As part of our Global Business Direct Team you’ll bring your knowledge, insights, and proven expertise to help our customers achieve more than they ever thought possible. You will also provide training, leadership, and support to the team members. The ideal candidate demonstrates shown experience in delivering Adobe Sign demos, understand customer’s use cases and help them implement Adobe Sign and its integration with their internal applications. Business Unit: Global Business Direct Location: Noida, India Shift : North American What you’ll Do Demonstrate command of product knowledge and the various applications of the product. Be a trusted advisor to the customer and help them with right document workflow solution by establishing relationships at all levels in customer organization. Articulate the value proposition and competitive positioning for Adobe Document Cloud. Anticipate and handle objections during the pre/post sales process articulating clear and concise responses that position the benefits of the platform Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive positioning of assigned Adobe solutions in the marketplace Ensuring daily/week updates of KRAs & provide accurate updates on an ongoing basis. Help and enable reps to grow Selling and Product skills. Develop technical solutions to address client needs that track to customer objectives, success criteria and implementation milestones Use online and internal resources to enable the customer on product functionality Discover customer problems, needs & business objectives Enable customers to configure Adobe Sign with their applications by providing product expertise and solutioning mentorship Liaise between customer and internal teams at Adobe Ensure client enablement on their Adobe Sign implementation What you need to succeed Have a deep understanding of electronic signature platforms and best implementation practices! Experience in implementing applications with simple and complex integrations. Familiarity with Microsoft office, Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics other enterprise application integrations Expertise in REST & SOAP APIs Must have at least 5+ years of proven experience, with Industry background as a software engineer, Pre-sales consultant, Solution/cloud architect, Implementation consultant or similar experience Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving agreement from senior leaders (i.e., Managers, Directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs) Outstanding communications skills both oral and written. An ideal candidate should be PASSIONATE about inside sales as a profession & a believer in the ideology that inside sales is the present & future of sales.
