Inviting applications for the role of Consultant- Production Support

In this role, you will be responsible for Application Support Operations and maintenance of multiple applications & databases, used by business units and infrastructure teams. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into needs.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily tasks/processes
  • To handle queries and clarifications sought by Analysts w.r.t. any operational/ technical & process related issue.
  • To understand client’s concerns & issues and resolve the same.
  • Work and coordinate with team members
  • To keep oneself abreast of all the updates applicable to policies/regulations/compliances
  • Handle compliance requirements for Processes, functions, organization and Client.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

  • BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Advance knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Should be proficient in Internet usage, web browser, search engines.
  • Excellent troubleshooting & problem solving skills
  • Experienced in process documentation, Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of Capital market, financial products like: Equity, Fixed income, Modelware etc.
  • Hands on experience with tickets/queries handling and resolving process issues. Should have good sense of urgency in getting things done within deadline, good time management skills.
  • Multi-tasking, Proactive and willing to take initiatives w.r.t. project work/tasks
  • Problem solution mindset
  • Positive attitude for clients/team mates – friendly and approachable
  • Having an excellent flair for continues learning and education.
  • Willing to work in 24×7 shifts/rotations.
  • Relative experience in operations industry
  • Quality conscious
