Work you’ll do

The primary role of a Manager is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities as a Consultant within the firm:

SAP DevOps Professional should have:

  • 12 to 15 plus years of total IT experience & core competency in Devops -CI/CD, DevOps transformation process preferable with prior background or working knowledge for enterprise clients or situation on SAP,Oracle System related areas & other open systems.
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps tool stack ( GitHub, sonarcloud, Jenkins, Nagios, Jira, SNOW, cloudbees, Tosca, UiPath, etc) and also on the alternatives tool stack.
  • Creating suitable DevOps channels across the organization
  • Developing appropriate DevOps channels throughout the organization.
  • Evaluating, implementing and streamlining DevOps practices.
  • Establishing a continuous build environment to accelerate software deployment and development processes.
  • Helping operation and developers teams to solve their problems.
  • Supervising, Examining and Handling technical operations.
  • Capacity to handle teams with leadership attitude.
  • Re-defining Architecture by analyzing the current system and following new practices.
  • Establishing continuous build environments to speed up software development.
  • Experience in configuration on different environments across On prem and Cloud (Preferable with AWS)
  • Strong knowledge of working with DevOps design patterns, processes, and best practices.
  • Design and implementation of robust solutions, like monitoring, metrics infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, etc.
  • He/She should have Strong Analytical skills , Ability to work independently and as part of a team and Identifying setbacks and shortcomings.


  • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
  • 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
