Job Description

  • Prepare various reporting tasks
  • Create new customers and ensure actions are done on a timely manner to not interrupt billing processes
  • Invoice creation and distribution
  • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years related experience in finance, accounting and/or billing.
  • Previous experience with SAP, Salesforce, and general datamining tools.
  • Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer software skills, with strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Good work ethic and high attention to detail
