Job Description
Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) with first class with minimum 60%of marks.
Overall work experience: Minimum of 4 years with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design
o CAD Tool: Should have hands on experience in Creo 3.0/Creo 4.0 for at least 3 years. Has expertise in
Solid Modelling and Detailing
o Sheet metal Modelling and detailing
o Handling of large assembly management
o Parametric welding
Surfacing
o Designs the Sheet metal , Structural components/ large weldment assemblies like Platforms and Hand rails using Part modelling, Advanced Part modelling, Sheet metal, modelling techniques as appropriate
o Good experience in creating of structural ,casting and weldment drawings
o Knowledge of creating Flat pattern, Punch form, Die form, Bend order Tables
o Has knowledge of Sheet metal, casting manufacturing processes.
o Good Exposure in Welding Symbols
o Good understanding and reading complex drawings
o Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.
o Working knowledge on GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards.
o Independent work executer with little support
o Good communication skills – both written and oral
o Good presentation skills
