This key Leadership role will enable EY GDS to build capabilities in the customer experience design and innovation space significantly and will be able to provide further support to clients in their business transformations. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop presentations and story lines that clearly and effectively tell the story of our work, lead the team in collaborating on those presentations, and regularly present the work to our clients
  • Use storytelling to help business leaders connect, engage and inspire their customers and communicate strategy.
  • Develop and oversee effective designs direction that deliver on the GDS Strategies that are unique to the market and genuine to the beliefs, and vision of the brand that enables transformation of ideas, business opportunities, research and creative vision into desirable outcomes for our users
  • Be the UX evangelist and bridge the gap between technology and business – becoming a true “trusted advisor” to both technical and non-technical contacts
  • Excellent communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate platforms business value to customers at all levels
  • You will be the thought-leader throughout processes by articulating and demonstrating how the solution solves business challenges and delivers value.
  • Driving Thought Leadership and building the confidence for GDS Technology capabilities in the global EY ecosystem
  • Be the face of GDS in the external ecosystem- campus, seminars, industry forums etc

Ideally you’ll have

  • Previous client-facing experience in strategy consulting or CX Practice in a Fortune 500 firm. We will also consider media management or digital creative agency experience.
  • Experience in consumer products and retail and understanding of the evolving shift to a hybrid consumer experience.

General and Educational Qualifications / Certifications

  • Master’s degree OR Master’s in business administration
  • 17+ years of work experience in related fields
  • A demonstrated ability to build and lead a dynamic and highly motivated team
