Job Description: Aditya Birla Insulators, India’s largest and the world’s fourth largest manufacturer of Insulators and is a unit of Grasim Industries Ltd. ABI’s product range is exported to 58 countries around the world with a continued focus on markets in Europe, America, Middle East, Africa and China, catering to multinational companies like Siemens, ABB, Crompton Greaves and leading power utilities like PGCIL. ABI has two manufacturing facilities, one at Halol near Baroda (Gujarat) and the other at Rishra near Kolkata (WB). The combined company capacity is 45260 MTPA annually, which in term of revenues for current fiscal is Rs. 468. Crores approximately with a planned turnover of Rs. 601 Crores in coming years. Aditya Birla Insulators, Halol (Formerly Birla NGK Insulators / Jaya Shree Insulators), is in Electro Porcelain business since 1980 with the present total capacity of 21,750 MT & sales turnover of 200 Cr. The Company has also started manufacturing of Composite Polymeric insulators since 2009.The company is in the process of streamlining its operations and to capture the domestic and export market. CSR Key Area of contribution Industrial Relations: Ensuring smooth and disruption free production by engaging with relevant stakeholders Recruitment of Trainee workmen: To fill up the vacancy of trainee workmen as per the approved man power planning Performance Management of workmen: Principle Accountabilities Develop performance oriented culture by aligning individual objective and business strategy Welfare measures and canteen: Ensure welfare measures for employees CSR: Ensure welfare measures for employees EHS : Ensure a safe working environment through awareness WCM : Ensure effective deployment of WCM principles Qualifications: Master Of Social Work,MBA Minimum Experience Level: 4-7 Years Report to: General Manager
