Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Having 4 years of experience in Workday Compensation modules as an Compensation Configurator Should have knowledge of Workday Compensation business processes, configurations and data set-ups Handle BAU activities such as support for issues raised in Compensation modules. Perform root cause analysis and fix issues to ensure business continuity is not hampered. Make configuration changes at tenant level based on customer requirements Define/Create condition rules for different business processes wherever needed as part of client requirements Work very closely with business users to gather requirements for different change requests. Perform detailed analysis of requirements, suggest alternatives/workarounds and implement the best possible solution given the requirements of the client. Create calculated fields required for condition rules and support reporting requirements Be aware of new features in Workday and enable these in customer environment as per requirements Present new Workday features to the business in detail, obtain buy-in from them and implement/enable these in Workday Application Configure and set-up business processes and related security policies for Compensation functionality Participate in development of custom reports Perform EIB loads for different processes and events in Compensation module Willing to work in GE Shift timings from 12.30 to 10.00 PM Desired Candidate Profile Having 4 years of experience in Workday Compensation modules as an Compensation Configurator
