– Drive solution strategy for large transformation deals leveraging cloud-native and SaaS technologies
– Solution for customer-facing products and applications from websites and mobile apps to new digital and data products
– Craft integrated proposals across solution towers in case of multi service line / multi tower deals. Own accountability for solution creation while working with a pursuit team of technical experts
– Own the life cycle of the pursuit including leading bid defense presentations, due-diligence sessions and customer workshops
– Contribute to upstream assessment phases for crafting proactive deals
– KRAs: Order bookings and sold margins, win rate
Ideal Profile :
– Experience in translating business requirements into IT transformation roadmaps and future state architecture
– Experience in cloud native development, integration and microservices technologies and / or sales /marketing /customer facing packaged apps such as Salesforce, Adobe
– Experience in leading due diligence exercises and customer workshops
– Excellent communication skills and experience in defending solutions to customers
– Team player, able to work with a diverse pursuit team
– Able to own outcomes and deliver under pressure without need for direct authority
– Enjoys the pursuit process and can persevere relentlessly to deliver world class proposals and deliver best in class defense ,
