– Should have 20+ years of experience with good experience in presales activities
– Should have worked on large transformational programproposals involving multiple service lines
– Should have managed a team of 30+ members in pre-sales
– Should have good experience in connecting with the business and technology teams & drive proactive sales pitches to customers
– Should have good technical knowledge in cloud native, API and custom development space and have indepth knowledge on any of these areas
– Should be able to Guide and mentor the sales team on proposals
– Should be able to Provide inputs to the COE Leads on the account trends and opportunities based on the vertical connects
– Should have good experience in customer presentations on RFPs
– Experience on delivery is preferable
– Should have Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
– Should be able to Provide accurate and timely management information, to include – activity reports, b ,
