Job description
– Drive solution strategy for large deals spanning applications and infrastructure towers for RUN services, BUILD services or both
– Craft integrated proposals across solution towers and lead bid defense presentations, while working with a pursuit team of technical experts
– Contribute to upstream due diligence and assessment phases
– KRAs: Order bookings and sold margins, win rate
Ideal Profile
– Demonstrable experience in end to end management of large IT services deals
– Well versed with the dynamics of pursuits and deal management from solution development to program management of the pursuit
– Demonstrable hands on experience with solution design of managed services or in architecting cloud deals
– Well-versed with the next-gen framework of automation-led service delivery and management of hybrid landscapes
– Broad understanding of multiple COTS, custom build and cloud native technologies, with depth in at least two
– Experience in leading due diligence exercises and customer workshops
– Excellent communication skills and experience in defending solutions to customers
– Team player, able to work with a diverse pursuit team
– Able to own outcomes and deliver under pressure without need for direct authority
– Enjoys the pursuit process and can persevere relentlessly to deliver world class proposals and deliver best in class defense ,
