HR – Recruitment Specialist ( Part Time) 92 views

Primary Responsibilities / Qualifications:

  • Seasoned IT recruiter responsible for full life cycle of Technical / IT recruitment with extensive background in identifying resumes from job websites.
  • Candidate should have 4 to 6 years of IT Hiring relevant experience.
  • Possess strong technical/ business acumen and understanding of technical requirements with excellent candidate assessment skills.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.
  • Hands on experience in any of the Application Tracking Tool (ATS) for consistent and regular updates.
  • Attract applicants by placing job postings using Jobsites, Social media and other sourcing channels.
  • Arrange the candidate interviews and coordinating with respective technical team followed by management.
  • Maintain good rapport with offered candidate/s for smooth joining and maintain good joining ratio.
  • Follow proactive approach in closing positions and act as solution finder to bring up effective sourcing techniques.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Good experience in Stakeholder Management.
  • Should be a Post graduate in HR from reputed institutions
  • Maintain the employees & the applicant’s database on up-to-date basis.
