  • Setting up new engagement programs, experiment aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to increase the overall engagement levels of different user cohorts
  • Build a strong culture of user-first thinking and product planning to drive impactful outcomes across the entire lifecycle of the user
  • Partnering with Product and content teams to drive adoption of different innovations on the platform, helping create a highly personalised experience around discovering and enjoying the wide array of entertainment available on the platform
  • Deeply understanding user behaviour and driving insights to various teams to influence roadmaps and drive growth in different geographies and demographic segments
  • Define and execute launch plans and early engagement initiatives across different APAC markets
  • Work closely with other Growth teams to build insights and actionable ideas at a user level
  • Work closely with the in-country content and marketing teams to build the right frameworks that can drive engagement efforts by micro cohorts and user segments


  • Proficiency with data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring
  • Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail
  • Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories
  • Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross functional environment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to lead with influence and work collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams
  • Experience leading high-cadence controlled experimentation
  • A willingness to work outside of the scope in order to bring alignment and better overall outcomes to the business at large
