Job Responsibilities : 1. Interact with customers on handset related issues 2. Troubleshoot handset defects 3. Handle handset related queries 4. Record job entry in Customer Relationship Management portal 5. Upgrade software of handsets 6. Assemble / dismantle smartphones (unibody/duobody) 7. Repair handsets by changing screen, speaker, mic, camera etc 8. Repair handsets by PCB swap, charging connecter replacement etc 9. Deposit of cash collected through service 10. Verify handsets for exchange Skills & Competencies : 1. Customer Focus 2. Communication skills 3. Problem Solving skills 4. Handset repair skills 5. Knowledge of spares operations 6. Knowledge of CRM Systems
