freemium users through impactful, data-driven and creative marketing. As the driving force behind Movie marketing, you will be responsible for driving affinity towards awareness and anticipation for Movie releases on Disney+ Hotstar and paid user and freemium user adoption. You will create and deploy a marketing strategy that will position Disney+ Hotstar as the platform with the biggest blockbusters in India and make it the default platform of choice for movie lovers. You will be executing Disney+ Hotstar’s vision of building an entertainment destination intrinsic to the lives of consumers.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead overall digital media plan and execute across online channels
Create and manage digital marketing (Brand, Programmatic, social, affiliates) strategies and leverage campaigns to deliver on business objectives
Own the strategic development of performance marketing, through a strong mar-tech and data-driven acquisition approach
Drive, manage and partner with key internal stakeholders
Manage large scale campaign planning, execution, and optimization strategy for both performance and brand awareness
WHAT TO BRING
8+ years of experience in Performance and Digital Marketing for consumer products in a major digital-first organization in India
Preferred combination of experience in online acquisition and retention marketing in an in-house digital marketing setup with an experience of leading a team
A good understanding of funnels, audience segmentation, creative best practices, and marketing briefs
Excellent skills in analytical and logical reasoning, ability to analyze large and complex datasets to realize appropriate strategies and solutions for programs and campaigns
Thorough understanding and experience of Bid optimizers, RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, DMPs, Audience targeting/segmentation and web analytics tools like GA360/amplitude/Appsflyer
You are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced work environment, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
You have a high level of ownership, comfortable in working in independent environments as well as in a large team setup
