They understand the needs of high performers and identify or develop solutions to build capabilities. They show deep knowledge in and deploy collaboration communication and training enablers as outlined in the leadership strategy. In addition they partner with appropriate groups on effective implementation of Leadership Development programs. Building Leadership Development Strategy for Consulting Workforce: Build the Leadership Development agenda by carrying out in depth needs assessment and execute appropriate developmental solutions and ensuring all solutions link the Consulting business strategy with a clear impact on the performance. Design Development and Implementation of High Potential Leaders Program: This includes design and implementation of HiPO including experiential learning action learning experiences and other program needs that tightly manage the career growth for targeted high potential leaders – senior managers within consulting. Engaging key stakeholders in the program design and focus managing launch metrics and modifications needed to address changing business needs over time.- Competency Assessments for High Potential Leaders: Designing the competency framework for the high potential leaders. Selecting and management of assessment process or tools and analyzing results to determine development needs and gaps to be addressed to meet business objectives. – Management of Training Partner relationships .vendors.: Identification of key training partners .vendors universities etc.. to assist with program design and delivery. Managing of all aspects of the training partner relationship including RFPs vendor selection vendor management program design program evaluation. – Engaging with Senior Leaders or Stakeholders: Proactively work with key stakeholder in the business to shape the LD agenda and take the lead to identify appropriate learning and development responses to support change improve business performance and develop talent – Project Management: Utilize program and project management skills to plan track and execute Leadership Development programs meeting all scope time and budget commitments. – Evaluation and Metrics: Establish and execute rigorous evaluation methodology to capture high impact learning activities and ensure effective reporting to key stakeholders of the relevant results. Budget Management: Manage the LD budget on the basis of business plans and goals and overall strategy for consulting – Design and execute initiatives to create a culture of learning across the business functions – initiatives like Executive Coaching or Virtual Sessions etc.- Design a blended learning solution which includes coaching classroom training experienced incumbents when necessary.- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple groups coordinate resources to achieve results BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Graduate or Post Graduate Professional Qualifications Worked in HR domain for 8 to 10 years preferably in the field HR Ops or Learning development role. Excellent and proactive stakeholder relationship management abilities must. Ability to work with cross-functional teams within Accenture. Proven track record in managing and implementing projects requiring co-ordination with cross functional teams especially in the learning domain.
