The Role The Talent Organization integrates Accenture’s world-leading capabilities in Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Talent Development, to accelerate our ability to discover, inspire, and develop exceptional people. Combined, this team has created exciting learning innovations over the past few years, guided the Performance Achievement revolution, and supported our massive recruiting efforts. That is why we organize as ONE team and have people who move from one part of the Talent organization to another. Specifically, this is an Operations Learning Partner role, which will require you to: – Partner across Learning Operations (Industry Learning Strategy, Capability Development) to: o Confirm key client accounts for program design input and impact assessment o Support Mobilization, KT and Delivery teams to measure success in Year 1 service delivery of target accounts o Refresh hiring and onboarding requirements to drive talent pipeline improvements and better learner success, share with HR and Talent Strategy o Deliver large scale end-to-end Learning programs for Operations clients and/or mobilize new deals and supporting knowledge transfer – Demonstrate functional expertise that aligns to Operations priorities (Finance, Customer Ops, Procurement, Marketing, T&HR, Supply Chain) with global client delivery experience across 2+ regions What defines us: – A bias for action, experimentation, and iteration.
