As a CSA Manager, you will be a critical partner to the sales management/leadership in APAC, helping solve for customer objectives, drive business strategy, and run day-to-day digital media operations for the business. You will lead a team of enterprising and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Strategists who work collaboratively with promoters and provide a range of integrated Google media solutions across Insights, Opportunity assessments, and Optimizations to grow the unique needs of our customers. You will motivate and coach your team to provide optimal solutions, and grow strong partnership with cross-programs solutions and operations teams to enable your team. Responsibilities Own and drive the Mid-Market Salesmarket strategy for the organization, understanding the landscape, customer needs, and opportunity across the Mid-Market segment of customers. Lead a central team of high-performing Digital Marketing Strategists, inspiring them to deliver excellent performance and business value-add. Provide on-the-job coaching, meaningful career evaluations, and facilitate professional development plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Strategy Operations teams to co-develop, enable, and execute Go-to-Market strategy.
