Inviting applications for the role of IT Project Management – Manager Responsibilities Initiate, plan, control, and close small, medium, and large projects utilizing both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies Plan the project in detail, organize the project team and work with resource managers to acquire and schedule resources Manage the progress of the project and communicate the project status to management and stakeholders on a regular basis Manage conflicting priorities, multiple assignments, and drive/coordinate project meetings Define and communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire project team Identify key risks and create & implement mitigation plans for the project Communicates regularly with client for project deliverables Motivate and lead project team including setting & reviewing goals/KPAs/ targets Responsible to support team and customer in 24.7 environments. Responsible for all production issues of all products used by Genpact Responsible to share RCCA post closure of any production issue. Should Involve in effort estimation for new change requests Transition current/new IT applications and IT security tools into the business Track metrics and publish status to various stakeholders (up to CXO levels) Qualification we seek you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science Relevant years of experience in IT Project Management activities (Infrastructure) Required Competencies Relevant years of consulting experience within the IT industry Sound years of project management experience implementing IT Security tools and applications Good years of Functional & Development knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM Software modules Working knowledge on performance analytics and dashboards creation Should have knowledge for ITIL process Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Works well in a team environment English proficiency Effective learning skills Good verbal and written communications skill Effective interaction with business/clients Open for 24.7 shift timings support Project/Program/Operation Management experience with Ability to drive business improvements Identify risk in early part of the project and track it to closure Present the project status reports to stakeholders Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Good exposure to pre-sales activities like responding to RFPs, RFQs and building up proposals Ability to define the scope of the project in collaboration with project team with technical solutions Open for 24.7 shift support Experience with Agile development Experienced working with Scrum – Agile methodology & tools (JIRA) PMP certified and/or certified SCRUM Master Exposure to and conversant in ITIL Experienced in Global deployment of IT Security applications / tools Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
