Job Description : This role is for helping our global and regional partners build and deliver successful solutions that drive revenue using Adobe’s Experience Cloud Suite. You will support our partner sales team in the field as we work with the direct sales organization and help the implementation partners with standard methodologies in Adobe Campaign implementation and build a thriving partner ecosystem. In this role our “customer” is the Adobe partner who will build and deliver solutions using our platform. This is a senior technical position and requires a deep technical and implementation background in the digital marketing field, credibility in front of C level audiences, and previous experience with one of the following areas- campaign automation, web content management, analytics and audience segmentation/activation. What you will do You will perform the following set of tasks at a level commensurate with your experience within the company and the high technology industry. Adobe Campaign and Marketing Automation is at the heart of this role: Partner Enablement. Will deliver partner sessions such as overview presentations and hands on exercises to illustrate specific functions of our AEC applications, in particular Adobe Marketing Automation application, i.e., Adobe Campaign. Develop and communicate standard methodologies for the Adobe Experience Cloud to partners. POC and demo development. Solution architecture and solution definition. Act as liaison to Adobe internal product management to manage access to early release programs and product roadmaps. Work closely with internal teams that develop and deliver training to help improve our training programs and delivery. Product Positioning. Align with partner manager to deliver product messaging in an effort to demonstrate Adobe value proposition. Develops and delivers the product positioning message using a variety of tools and techniques. Product Integration: Identifies product integration requirements and works with customers/prospects to develop approaches for creating solution vision that demonstrates our ability to integrate into the customer’;s existing environment. Makes recommendations on integration strategies, platforms and application infrastructure required to efficiently implement an Adobe solution. Product Technology Evangelism. Works with Adobe partners and their prospects to educate them on the overall architecture and operation of the Adobe Solutions during sales cycles. Addresses technical questions, Prepare and deliver presentations and respond to specific partner/prospect technical questions. Technical Objection Handling. Identifies key solution technical objections. Develops a strategy to resolve each technical objection and executes the strategy to remove technical impediments to partners closing Adobe sales transactions. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction. Works across Adobe teams to identify and resolve product problems. Serves as primary partner advocate to customer support, product management and engineer on product problems encountered by Adobe customers and prospects. Success Metrics Success would be measured by building and scaling Partner practices and developing joint pipeline with partners in the region. What you need to succeed Proven ability in a similar role as a solutions consultant selling high value enterprise software, preferably on Adobe Campaign. Implementation Experience on Adobe campaign Experience with web analytics and personalization platforms, campaign automation, CMS systems, DMP, digital experience solutions is helpful. Strong presentation skills and Solutions selling skills with proven success in developing and maintaining client relationships. Conversant in enterprise product, solution and technology strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to the Adobe platform. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. As much as 30 percent travel may be required. Education- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree- technical or computer science degree preferred.
