Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Celonis Expert
The ideal candidate should be involved in Celonis implementation projects with process data of varying degrees and complexity and for customers across industries. You are responsible for making digital business processes transparent and harmonize our customers data flow by using our Celonis Process Mining Technology and by applying data extraction and transformation.
Responsibilities
Prepare and connect to the respective on-premise/ Cloud source system, extract and transform customers data and design process- and customer-specific analyses.
Solicit requirements for Business Process Mining models, including what data they will use and how the company will use them after they are built
Build Business Process Mining models that are accurate, robust, and informative in ways that help our business grow even faster
Teach the business teams what the models do, what the results mean, and how to improve their business processes to enhance their productivity
Demonstrate product and technical leadership on Celonis engagements with customers, partners, and prospects
Apply analytics and modeling to own and actively drive process improvement projects/initiatives within the related function
Maintain expert knowledge on the Celonis platform by drafting documentation on technical procedures and processes
Serve as liaison for Data engineer, analytics platform and business user and support ongoing transition/reorganization activities
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
BE/BTch (or MS/MTech) degree or equivalent, Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics or related
Must have a minimum experience as Data Engineer/analytics, Experience in working SQL and relational databases, query authoring (SQL)
Preferred qualifications
Celonis Process mining work experience is a plus
Experience as a Data engineering, Analytics, Visualization
Strong communications skills to enable interaction with all levels and departments within the organization
Proven analytic skills, data extraction, data models building, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
Experience with SQL, ETL, and/or programming (Python, R, SAS, etc.)
Previous work experience/ knowledge in ERP with strong process understanding knowledge
