Job Description Design and Develop Bosch products for Powertrain solutions (PS): Fuel Cell Component and System,Injector,Pump and Nozzle Performing Design calculation on Structural, Thermal & hydraulic areas. Concept preparation to meetBOSCH and OEM requirements Creating 3D models and assembly structure in CREO SAP and PDM Link. Creating development drawings adhering to ISO GPS, DIN tolerance standards and guidelines Support Design and Process FMEAs. Perform Tolerance analysis 1D, 2D. Working knowledge in 3D tolerance analysis in SW like Vis VSA preferred. Able to considerDFM and DFA aspects in the product design Implement all the reviews from concept to release and continuous improvement demonstrated Coordination with cross-functional team to realize the design as a product. Adhere to all the BOSCH product development guidelines. Strong mindset & very good positive attitude to work in multi-tasking / challenging environment. Target & Result oriented. Good communication with interpersonal skills & support as a good team player Attentive to details and self-motivated Required Skills: Hands on Experience in New Product Development Mandatory. Should have also realized design through any of manufacturing processes by themselves and not just designing in CAD alone. Should have basic knowledgeonMass Manufacturing processes. (1)Injection Molding or any other Molding process (2)Pressure Die castingor any other casting,Forgingprocess (3)Sheet Metal Forming. Expert level skills in CREO 4 PDM link GD&T assignments. Basic Skills in MS Office tools. Basic knowledge on FMEA, Problem solving and engineering risk assessments. Overall Experience of 1 to4 years. Qualifications BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive) Additional Information Good to have skills: Experience of working collaboratively with international teams. German language skills
