Responsibilities Drive adoption of Speakeasy features and capabilities across Alphabet, and help Customer Conversations Platform (CCP) clients realize the full benefit of these products and features Work with stakeholders to create detailed problem statements, business value assessments and client-specific functional requirements to assist the Customer Conversations Platform (CCP) product team as they design features Map business problems of our clients to technology and provide solutions to our clients. Lead or participate in technology and solution consultation discussions with Customer Conversations Platform (CCP) clients Lead implementation of Speakeasy features that require a significant level of client-specific configuration over the entire life-cycle of the feature/product Manage complex programs spanning multiple functions and stakeholders to deliver quality results within the project deadlines
