Prepare / define systems specifications and requirements;
Ensure requirements validation and management;
Assure integration and interface management of assigned systems and coordinate with internal groups & suppliers;
Review and approve design documents such as vendor drawings, qualification and acceptance test procedures, qualification reports and certification documents;
Support development, qualification and certification of systems;
Support system test and flight test activities;
Prepare technical reports to show compliance to the applicable certification requirements;
Coordinate investigation and corrective action of specific in-service problems involving various systems and components
Required to work on different Propulsion systems such as:
Nacelle integration;Engine Controls;Auxiliary Power Unit (APU);
Fire Detection and Extinguishing system (FIDEEX);Fuel system and Fuel Tank Inerting system (FTIS) etc.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
good knowledge of Propulsion Systems, including their integration on the aircraft and certification
good knowledge of the Aircraft and Propulsion interfacing systems
knowledge of TCCA, FAA and EASA certification regulations added advantage
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
The individual will lead a team and be responsible for producing clean and efficient aircraft structure and systems installation designs within the framework of a new development program, that meet all appropriate industry regulations
Strong system technical integration skills.
Superior organizational, communication and planning skills, you are able to set priorities in order to achieve important milestones.
Strong customer orientation, perseverance and can work effectively within a team environment.
Experience with other aircraft types in the regional or missionized markets is useful.
Familiar with Microsoft Office software tools
Good written and communication skills.
Working experience in Aerospace domain
Generation of Technical and Project management reports.
Knowledge & thorough understanding of various functions/department activities.
