A collaborative partner to Delivery Executives, who helps with anticipating problems, accurate management reporting of status, applying Capgemini standard processes and secure delivery of engagements, thereby improving overall results (financials, quality, predictability, client satisfaction). Specifics below:

  • Engage regularly with Delivery teams and Quality leaders to understand the contractual commitments, client expectations, current status and challenges of key projects within portfolio.
  • Conduct an independent review of key engagement(s) and provide early alerts on potential risks or issues and potential mitigation actions.
  • Ensure M-review cadence for engagements is implemented within portfolio. Assist MU Delivery Executive to prepare the content for discussion in MDR meetings including critical information for Red/Amber projects.

Primary Skill

  • Drive usage of Capgemini standards and best practices in our Delivery. Coach the delivery teams on all aspects of Delivery Excellence, beyond just Delivery Assurance.
  • Support smooth transition from sales to delivery phase. Conduct project start-up reviews and follow-up with the delivery teams on identified gaps.
  • Enable delivery teams to prepare for internal/external/client audits and track findings to closure.
  • Engage with the delivery teams to suggest continuous improvement actions and help quantify value add to client and Capgemini.
  • In case of engagement recovery, collaborate with the Delivery Executive to come up with the Goto-Green plan. Enable the delivery teams track these actions to closure and bring project back to green.
  • Client visibility of Delivery Assurance function and Quality manager role would be desirable.

  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills w.r.t. project delivery.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Has a good understanding of delivery processes and tools being used within FS SBU. Understanding of Capgemini delivery methods (UPM, USM, Agile), best practices (S2DH, RapidStart) and tools (e-Monitoring, Clarity) will be a plus.
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to handle senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to succinctly present complex information to executive leadership.
  • Good understanding of engagement financial management.
  • Is a quick learner.
  • Leads from the front and can lead a team of people towards mutual success.
