To handle temp recruitments on behalf of the company (mostly Non IT). Is responsible for the satisfaction of the requirements expressed by clients in terms of covering of the job orders. Is responsible for candidate database creation and maintenance.


  • Scout for candidates in the Hirecraft database, on specialised websites & file
  • Welcome the candidate in the branch office
  • Selection interview, Testing and Evaluation
  • Contact the possible candidates to the position and “sale” of the job opportunity
  • Organise the introductions of the candidates at the customer’s
  • Cover the job orders
  • Carry out Staffing Placement activities
  • Turn around time should be strictly adhered.
  • JD’s of associate has to be made clear before meeting the client.
  • Ensure to get a feedback from the client regarding the candidates.
  • MIS to the TL at the end of the day
  • Building up database
  • Institutes and college connects for bulk hiring’s
  • Maintaining good relationship with candidates and clients
