Capgemini Global Insights & Data business line requires an experienced Recruitment Lead to work with our growing Global Recruitment Team. The successful candidate will preferably havegood understanding on market trends in the areas of business intelligence, cloud, data warehousing, reporting and analytics. As a Recruitment Lead youwill form part of the global recruitment engine providing just in time delivery and sourcing capabilities to support our local Insights & Data Practice in India. Your Role Own business interactions, and partner with the HR and Business Leaders to define and deliver a talent acquisition plan to attract the best talent and hit demanding growth targets Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to establish sourcing & recruiting strategies to create and maintain strong active and passive candidate pipelines. Build strong relationships with the various internal stakeholders to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process Utilize all available metrics to plan and adjust workloads within the team, ensuring the ability to quickly adapt to changes in business needs & priorities. Develop candidate sourcing strategies to proactively create a talent pipeline. Influence internal stakeholders by providing insightful market data that supports business growth and decision making. Drive continuous improvement in recruitment productivity, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, etc. Operationally manage the team to deliver and exceed required hiring targets by establishing and optimizing sourcing and attraction strategies that lead to measurable gains in recruiting metrics (i.e., response rate, screening volume, conversion ratios, and hires). Act as point of escalation for issue and resolution on operational matters. Your Profile 8 – 10 years of related business experience and ideally at least 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience preference for consulting/RPO and in-house recruitment leadership experience combination but all type of recruiting experience will be considered. Proven record of implementing successful sourcing & recruiting strategies including direct sourcing and proactive talent pipelines. Prior experience in a complex in Data and Analytics Talent Acquisition organization, with specific experience in the technology / consulting/ outsourcing industry. Subject matter expertise in recruiting domain across multiple functions and international environment. Prior experience in building recruiting teams and managing them through end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Proven track record of achieving recruiting results in a fast paced, complex and high-volume environment. Proven ability to influence management, executives and key decision makers on the strategy and direction of the recruiting function. Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and new strategies.
