Sales Development Representative – Outbound SAAS Sales 61 views


  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information


– Fluency in English and Gujarati (*REQUIRED*)
– Sales experience (telephone and/or face to face sales)
– You must be an independent candidate, applying as an individual, NOT working for an outsourcing agency or BPO company. (Important: If you are found to be working for an agency or BPO after hiring, your offer will be immediately terminated.)
– Tech savvy and able to learn new things
– Fast and reliable internet connection (at least 1 MBPS up and down)
– Available to work from 8:00AM CST to 5:00PM CST Monday through Friday (this is a night shift within the India time zone).

Preferred qualifications:
– Experience with American prospects and customers
– Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce and RingDNA)
– Experience in selling software solutions to businesses
