Job Purpose and Impact The primary duties of thisrole is monitoring and troubleshooting of bank interfaces. Key Accountabilities This role requires monitoring bank communications and handling technical and business aspects of SAP bank communication issue resolution. 1. Monitoring of payments, direct debit, bank statement, and lockbox status and communication with BUs/users automated triggers and alerts will come to this team for triage and initial investigation 2.Using ITIL processes to engage other Global IT support teams as needed 3. Initial investigation on failed payments, direct debit, bank statement, and lockbox,Working on incidents logged in remedy related to WebMethods treasury issues 4. Co-ordination with banks for issue resolution 5. Validation of new Company Codes to be migrating to SAP. 6. Performing data validation for payments files formats and coordinating with SAP Technical teams, Webmethods Teams and Bank Connectivity teams 7. Assist in implementing a single payment hub in order to centralize, secure, and strengthen payment processes across Cargill 8. Facilitate the project team and FIS team by giving timely input on UAT status and raising issues as and when experienced 9.Communicate to Payment Operations on Rejections and Failures from TRAX and Bank by sending emails to Payment Operations teams 10. Provide a dashboard that would enable cross organizational payment monitoring, reporting and analytical capabilities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Broad knowledge of the technologies involved in the bank communication processes (including how they work together to support the process and how the different technologies are supported) and moderate understanding of the business processes. Analytical skills to apply knowledge of the technology supporting bank interfaces to triage issues and identify steps required for resolution. Strong knowledge of the business processes (payments, receivables, bank reconciliation) and moderate understanding of the technologies that enable those processes. Analytical skills to apply knowledge of the Treasury business processes and how they are supported by the technology to assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution when action is required above the technology layer (e.g. master data or business process changes.) Strong communication and coordination skills to work across various parties, including Business process teams in Treasury and GBS (primarily cash management, AP and AR) Technology teams alongside the Systems Support Analyst, including third-party technology partners (Atos and SWIFT) and Global IT integration and application support teams
