Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – Technical Project Manager We are looking for a Technical Project Manager/Senior Manager to be responsible for managing Technical Partnerships and running Project-oriented tasks This role is responsible for providing project planning, management, and oversight for key initiatives and partnership projects, ensuring that these initiatives and projects are closely aligned with Genpact&rsquos strategic priorities. Responsibilities . The resource will be part of the overall CTO organization and ensure all work-streams are working per plan, drive robust governances, and highlight risks/ challenges. . Work with internal/ external stakeholders and drive strong partnerships to be able to collaborate effectively to ensure all milestones are met and risks are understood and mitigated proactively. . Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions. Research partners, identify key players, and generate interest . Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners . Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management . Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships . Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization, represent our brand, and be our partners’ liaison internally . Communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the teams involved, and communicate project status regularly. . Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with the project initiatives . Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels . Creates a method of change management including ownership of documentation, communication plans, etc. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, leaders, product owners, and subject matter experts, and external stakeholders . Identify, clarify and communicate project/partnership vision, goals, and objectives and how these tie into, support or impede organizational strategic objectives . Possesses a basic understanding in the areas of Automation, Enterprise Architecture, System Design, and how Partnerships can be scaled in these domains . Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards . Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies . Understand, track, and articulate issues/risks/action items work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis update the appropriate stakeholders as needed Qualifications we seek in you!
