What youll be doing : Providing solution and functional design options according to provided business requirements Deliver mock-ups, flow diagrams and designs for complex design solutions Complete development, unit testing and debugging for new application solutions or enhancements to existing solutions Follow release management best practices (Update Sets, naming conventions, etc.) for all customization and configuration to the platform and applications Due diligence for all solutioning and development to ensure no upstream/downstream impacts Collaborate with business analysts and quality assurance resources to understand requirements and resolve defects Develop with a first time right mindset and according Participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile development methodology and process What skills you will bring: Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development with a focus in the areas of: o service portal, widgets and portal metrics o user interface design work including configure and maintain Forms, Lists, Views, UI Policy, UI Scripts, UI Actions, business rules and other UI elements o dashboards and reporting o transform maps Experience using source control to track and manage changes to an application with version control Experience also in developing and implementing Integrations between ServiceNow and other applications.
