Primary Skill – MDM, informatica PowerCenter ETL. ( Reltio is preferred / Any MDM )
Description –
Primary role will be to part of the Global Application Operations team, responsible for support, DevOps and faster resolutions for tickets with first time right philosophy. The ideal candidate should be well versed in understanding complex solutions for large projects/products.
Key responsibilities –

  • Ability to work on application management projects with can-do attitude and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with Quick learning.
  • Good team player but independent enough to work as an individual contributor.
  • Should technically sound enough to handle end-to-end support activity independently.
  • Quick ramp up on the existing product/process to work on incidents and requests
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to reduce any delay or business impacts
  • Take responsibility to understand existing system to find solutions and/or root cause.
  • To participate in reviews of transfer of code/system from Development/Integration team.
  • To identify HW/SW/tools required and, if required, setting environment.
  • Proactively look for automation and tuning opportunities and drive them.
  • Keeping all stakeholder updated about all the technical issues, progress and updates.
  • To work in Global support team in shifts to support different time zone.
  • To participate in a regular internal progress follow-up of the project with leads and other managers and provide actual and clear updates.
  • Facilitates document reviews, and work with the team to ensure creation and maintenance of standard operating procedure and work instructions.
  • Good verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Qualification – B.E/ B.Tech / MCA, B.Sc / M.Sc (Comp. Sc. Or IT) with min 2 years of industry experience

  • Should have sound knowledge and understanding of MDM and its concepts.
  • Should be knowing Match and Merge, DCR.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on In Informatics PowerCenter, ETL.
  • Should have experience of working in DevOps or support team in past.
  • Strong in at least one programming language – Java or Python preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Prior work experience on Pharma industry or Pharma datasets.
  • Knowledge on monitoring tools, Scheduling tools
  • Understanding / Knowledge on SFDC / MuleSoft
  • Exposure to Global Support Model, Ticket tracking.
