About the Role:
Their primary responsibilities include analyzing the service requests and work on customer applications to fulfil their logistics arrangement. Required to communicate with customer thru chat /Emails on the work process. Focus on the customer needs and timely delivery (24×7) with quality are the key performance areas.
- Hands-on experience in CRM related applications
- Understand customer requirements and familiar with Travel & Logistic management services
- MIS reporting/ Macros/ Power BI experience will be added advantage
- Should have the experience in Customer front communications
- Non Voice process experience
- You will report to Project Manger
Have 4+ years of overall experience.
Having experience in the Tools like Service Now, INX Inflight, Concur, SAP etc..
Travel Industry domain knowledge and experience
Good Verbal & Written communication skills
International Voice support (will be advantage)
High Quality oriented
Experience in Analytics and reporting are added advantage
Skills & Experience Analytical, Customer communication, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), MIS, Service-Now, Softskills
