Job Description

Work as Program managers and deliver on the PM KPIs of revenue, gross margin, inventory, CSAT& ASAT.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management role in Electronics Products, Projects, preferable from EMS Industry

• Should have good experience

• Should have Global customers engagement experience.

• Engage with all stakeholders in communicating, reporting progress, escalating for support periodically.

• Manage all internal and external escalation and initiate actions to resolve the issues/challenges

• Collaborate with cross functional team such as Materials, Logistics, Quality & Manufacturing and ensure delivery, cost and quality targets are met.

• Engage early with the DLM & Portfolio of sectors sales team in new customer business discussions.

• Drive the team in resolving any technical/process challenges.

• Communicate with customers to resolve complaints related to quality or design.

• Provide support for yearly annual operating plan by developing yearly plan including budgeting and resources requirements.

• Proactively Identify the risk and work on the mitigation plan.
