Sr Staff Technical Product Manager 40 views

  • Responsible for coordinating multiple interdependent requests and delivery of features. IT Leader driving critical outcomes and solutions across Service Operations – CM&U:
  • Product Owner driving significant value across project management and finance capability.
  • Partner across ERP+ organizations to deliver outcomes to drive process simplification and address systems obsolescence.
  • Lead development team(s) to design, develop, test, and implement leveraging agile methodologies.
  • Identify deficiencies in critical processes –replace with contemporary solutions (RPA, Data Science, new technologies)
  • Familiarity with iterative software implementation approaches (SAFe, Agile, XP).
  • Knowledge of relevant areas such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security
  • Proficiency in tools supporting SDLC (Rally, Jira).
  • Experience in ERP is a plus (Oracle, SAP).
  • Expected minimum experience to demonstrate competency of 7 years with minimum of 10 years overall experience with skills being recognized and leverage as an expert inside GE.
  • High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

  • Leverages deep technology, process, and domain expertise to influence the design of the product whether it be internally or externally developed and marketed. Is a known expert in the product or it’s relevant domain.
