Job Description : Job Title: State Business Development Officer Grade: Assistant Manager Grade -II Purpose: To provide leadership direction to the business development team of Muthoot precious Metal Corporation, thus achieving the overall business strategy for the company. Description: Overall responsible for driving business across state through MPMC dedicated staff, thus to achieve respected business goals Responsible for business implementing the plan for new business initiatives through our staff from different channels Develop comprehensive business plan with respect to market conditions for new customer acquisition and customer retention Co-ordinate with the respective staff members within the state for the advertising and marketing for the company products and the schemes Understanding the ground level market scenarios and conditions and forecast the demand and supply of our products Responsible for coordinating with the corporate office and operation departments to takes care of demand and supply Coordinates with the ground level sale points(branches) for sale and marketing activities Cost To Company: “4.5 Lakh Per Anum (With Fixed of 80% and 20% variable)” Eligibility Criteria: Minimum of 60% should be there across graduation and Post-Graduation, open for all specializations Effective in communication with higher management and sub ordinates Supposed be a team player and good at making strategies Should be active and willingness to travel Should be able to coupe up with sales targets and have to have a tendency to handle pressure
