Drive complicated system related issues to resolution across multiple services and groups with little or no supervision following CnC React function guidelines Contribute to the Blameless RCA/retrospect function for all client impacting incidents ensuring 360-degree retrospection by enabling early detection, automation opportunity and permanent fix measures Processes Reference the processes for which the Role Holder is responsible, as per the Operational Risk Framework definition of first / second line, for example, Responsible for executing and supervising the Budget process. People and Talent 8 Years of IT experience. with payments domain specific knowledge is desirable. Willing to come in shifts as per the CnC shift rota & support CnC 24X7 support model including night and weekend support Hands on Production support experience with at least 6-8 years managing Cash, Payments & Clearing Very good knowledge in Java, Oracle, Websphere, MQ and Unix technologies Containers,Kubernetes,Kafka,Spring Boot, Redis/Hazelcast, AWS Technologies preferred Hands-on knowledge on Monitoring tools such as ITRS, Graphana, Kibana, etc.,in order to self-initiate monitoring refinements Strong technical/development background and proven ability to dig into technical details and manage the triage Strong communication, collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly & utilise the same in a productive manner Risk Management Basic understanding of LAN, WAN and Firewall Good Orchestration skills Excel in stakeholder communication and able to liaise with Senior Management.
