Job Description: JOB PURPOSE: To analyze legal-risk exposures of corporates & advise them regarding risk mitigation through the right insurance products/soutions. To provide innovative & end to end solutions for placement & servicing of all Liability insurance policies such as CGL, D&O, CyberTrade Credit and Special Contingency insurance etc.. including preparation of benchmarking reports & organizing knowledge sessions for clients. To take customer engagement initiatives alongwith sales teams to bring more and more corporates under liability insurance program & thereby contribute to the growth of ABIBL To achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction through adherence to TAT s as defined in the SOP for placement and servicing of accounts Enabling Skill Sets & Qualifications The minimum education and experience required to meet this profile is preferably a law graduate with 3 to 4 years experience in any industry or post graduate MBA ( with certifications in general insurance) with around 6-8 years of work experience in the general insurance industry. Experience in handling liability insurance claims or underwriting or placement would be preferred. Critical skills required for this role include an ability to understand & analyze legal risks & advise customers regarding the right classes of Liability insurance. Understanding of the various liability insurance products would be beneficial. Candidate should possess good analytics and presentation skills and should be proactive, collaborative, committed, team player & service oriented. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Customer Retention & Revenue generation To ensure renewals of all Aditya Birla Group Company(s) policies on time and ensure new policies / covers arranged for Group Customers as per their requirements To provide the most competitive rates and terms to the Group Companies from shortlisted insurance Companies Operations Management for Renewals, Issuances & Placements To monitor and guide all day to day administrative operations of Group renewals and underwriting matters of Group Companies. To send periodic reports to HO for monthly renewal retention and new policies placed with premium and income achieved as per the target To liaise for regular meetings for the Senior management with top Group clients for developing stronger relationships To liaise extensively with the Back office team for reminders on renewals, client servicing and information sharing, etc Customer Servicing To set and monitor process for new covers / policies for Group Units as per their requirements To disseminate research based advisory services and advising new covers/policies to Group Units based on the risk exposure Risk Management To ensure adherence of all regulatory compliances & critical policies set by HO and support ongoing internal and statutory audits To ensure proper implementation and usage of AUM system for data capturing of Group transactions Qualifications: LL.B / B.L.S.,Bachelor of Science – Law Minimum Experience Level: 5-6 Years Report to: Deputy Chief Manager
