Refund and Returns Policy

Am I eligible for a refund?

Yes you are eligible for a refund if:

  1. Your Purchase was made within 10 days
  2. You are not marked as a consultant or you have availed any assistants from  Jobs Elevate in any manner.
  3. Refer to the table below for refund conditions based on the type of plan purchased

 

Scenario 1Scenario 2How much amount will be refunded?
  • If the user is dissatisfied with the service, and not able to use the service then they can request a refund for their wallet purchase.
  • If the user is not able to download the resume at all.
  • A user may request a refund if the number of resumes committed for downloading according to the plan purchased is not working.

Example: If a user purchases a subscription for Rs 1000, and the committed downloading is of 10 resumes and only if the customer was able to download less than ten resumes, is eligible for a refund.

  1. Balance utilized amount Remaining in the wallet will be refunded
  2. Pro-rata refund in case of less than committed amount of downloads.
